New trend: savory cocktails.  Beyond the dirty martini, there’s now the feta martini, the prosciutto martini, the extra virgin olive oil martini, etc.  A hip variant is the “breakfast” martini: the standard gin or vodka drink with just a couple of drops of Aunt Jemima or egg yolk dropped in.
